Sandy McDonald Memorial Tournament
The Barrie Lawn Bowling Club held their annual Sandy McDonald Memorial In-Club tournament on June 16,
with eight teams competing for the winner's trophy.
Play consisted of two games with a Pizza Lunch included for the players.
All participants won a cash prize.
The winning team was a Pairs team of Beth Willoughby (skip) and Nelson Jordan.
Runners up were Greg Tomlinson (skip), Lewis Robertson and Gary Scaife.

The Barrie Lawn Bowling Club hosted the annual Georgian Buick GMC tournament at the Barrie Sports Dome on Saturday, May 29th.
It was the Club's second spring tournament.
The winning team with three wins was skipped by Brian Barrett of Barrie playing with Helen Culley of Stouffville and Roger Buck of Richmond Hill.

The Matthews Trophy tournament was held May 15 at the Barrie Sports Dome.
Fourteen teams competed with out-of-town entries from Midland (3), Collingwood, Stayner,
Hanover, Agincourt and seven teams from the Barrie host club.
